Ensure your designs are reproduced accurately, consistently, and at the highest possible quality across all products.
To deliver high-quality branded merchandise, signage, apparel, and print materials, Mob Procurement requires artwork to meet specific production standards.
As a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated procurement partner, we are committed to delivering professional results across every order—whether it's a small run or a national rollout.
📁 File Formats & Resolution
Accepted File Formats: For best results, please provide artwork in one of the following formats:
Tip: We recommend submitting vector files whenever possible for scalability and clarity.
🎨 Colour Requirements
Please prepare your artwork using the correct colour mode:
- CMYK — for all print production
- Pantone (PMS) — if brand colour matching is required
Please note:
- RGB files are intended for screens and may not print accurately
- Colour variations may occur depending on material and print method
📐 Bleed & Safe Zones
For print and signage products:
- Include 3mm bleed on all sides where applicable
- Keep all important text and logos within the safe zone
- Avoid placing critical elements too close to the edge
Bleed ensures there are no white borders after trimming.
🔤 Fonts & Text
To avoid font issues during production:
- Convert all text to outlines before submitting artwork (preferred)
- Alternatively, include all font files used in the design
- Ensure text is legible at final print size
- Avoid using overly thin or small fonts for large-format printing
🏷️ Logo Guidelines
For best reproduction of logos:
- Provide vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-quality PDF)
- Ensure logos are not pixelated or stretched
- Maintain clear spacing around logos (clear space rules)
- Supply both full-colour and single-colour versions if available
🖼️ Image Quality
For photographic or raster images:
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI)
- Avoid compressed or low-quality images from websites or social media
- Ensure images are not pixelated when scaled to final size
- Check licensing rights for any stock or third-party images
👕 Artwork Setup by Product Type
Apparel (Workwear & Uniforms)
- Vector logos preferred for embroidery and print
- Provide placement instructions (left chest, back, sleeve, etc.)
- Avoid fine detail for embroidery applications
Signage & Large Format
- High-resolution files required due to scaling
- Ensure margins and bleed are included
- Consider viewing distance for readability
Promotional Products
- Artwork must be simplified for small print areas
- Avoid excessive detail or small text
- Follow template guidelines where provided
Corporate Merchandise
- Clean, bold designs work best for pens, drinkware, and small items
- Ensure logo visibility at reduced sizes
✅ Proofing Process
Before production, we may provide a digital proof for approval.
This allows you to:
- Review layout and positioning
- Check colours and branding accuracy
- Confirm text and design details
- Request final adjustments before production
Production will only proceed once approval is received.
⚠️ Common Artwork Issues to Avoid
To prevent delays, avoid:
- Low-resolution images copied from websites
- RGB colour files for print jobs
- Missing fonts or linked assets
- Incorrect sizing or scaling
- Designs without bleed or safe margins
