What's the minimum order for corporate gifting?
There's no strict minimum — we've packed single client gifts and campaigns running to several hundred recipients using the same process.
Can you deliver directly to staff or client home addresses?
Yes. Send us a recipient list with addresses and we'll pack, label and ship each gift individually.
How far ahead should we brief a gifting campaign?
For standard ranges, two to three weeks is comfortable. For fully custom hampers or large volumes, four to six weeks gives room for sampling and production.
Can gifting spend count toward our Indigenous procurement target?
Yes — as a Supply Nation registered, 100% Aboriginal owned supplier, gifting spend with us can be reported as Indigenous procurement.
